SHIPPING
Items will be shipped by the United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Customers within the continental United States will have the option of choosing USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO). If you have a P.O. Box or military address, please select USPS Priority Mail. Canadian residents can choose to use USPS First Class Mail International (up to 4lbs), USPS Priority Mail International or UPS Canada Standard. Customers outside of the United States and Canada must contact me first before placing orders. We cannot declare items shipped outside the United States as 'gifts'. If required, international customers must be prepared to pay additional duties or taxes for imported goods. We will not be responsible for the payment of import duties or taxes. USPS Items will ship Monday through Saturday. Delivery confirmation is provided with USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail International (EMS). UPS Items will ship Monday through Friday. Tracking numbers will be provided for all UPS shipments. **ATTENTION DALLAS, TX LOCALS - Residents in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area may pick up orders in person to avoid shipping costs! Due to the nature of our supplier relationships, defective or damaged items from the manufacturer cannot not be returned or refunded. Although these quality issues are beyond our control, we encourage unsatisfied customers to contact us (cservice@laftoys.com). All customer disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Any mistake performed by Lost and Found Toys is subject to refund or store credit. If the wrong merchandise is sent to a customer, it must be returned in unopened condition. |
